Return Policy

At Alhayaa Designs we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item within [7] days of receipt for a full refund.

Procedure

To initiate a return, please send an email [info@alhayadesigns.co.za] with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for returning the item.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. You are responsible for the safe return of the item to our warehouse. Items that are damaged or missing parts will not be accepted for refund.

Please allow [2-3 business days] for us to process your return and issue a refund. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and on receipt of the returned package.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

Expected Waiting Period

Orders are typically processed and shipped within [1-2 business days] of your order being confirmed and payment recieved.

Once your payment is received, your order will be shipped. Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.

We strive to deliver your package as quickly and efficiently as possible, but please note that some delays may occur due to carrier performance or circumstances beyond our control.

Care Instructions

To prolong the life of your premium product, please follow the care instructions provided with the item. If no specific instructions are provided, please use the following general guidelines:

1. Use a damp cloth and mild detergent to clean the item.

2. Hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle using cold water and mild detergent.
3. Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals that could damage the fabric.
4. Do not tumble dry or wring the garment to avoid damaging the delicate fabric.
5. Lay flat or hang to dry in a cool, shaded area.
6. Use a steam iron on a low heat setting to remove wrinkles and restore shape.
