*If your order is incorrect, damaged or faulty we will take full responsibility and ensure to exchange for the correct order, provided that we are informed of it within 3 days of your order being delivered.
*The exchange will only take place upon receiving the returned package, and courier cost will be covered by us.
*WE HAVE A STRICTLY NO REFUND POLICY AT THIS STAGE.
*Please ensure to check our size chart in order to select the correct size, we will not be responsible for incorrect size selection.
*Please note that our product pictures are taken under best lighting, it may be slightly differing due to quality of picture/editing.

DELIVERY | DISPATCH | EXPECTED WAITING PERIOD

*Orders may take longer to reach you due to variables outside of our control. Such as public holidays, delays at the independent courier company or load shedding.
*Orders Paid for before Fridays 4PM will be dispatched the coming Sunday.
*If your order is taking longer than 7 working days from date of dispatch (after tracking number was received) kindly contact us or the courier company to enquire on reasons for delay.
*To change your delivery address or arrange a time and date suitable for you, kindly contact the courier company directly with your tracking number.
*Please note that EXPECTED DELIVERY TIME FROM DATE OF DISPATCH IS 3-5 WORKING DAYS IN MAIN CITIES AND UPTO 7 WORKING DAYS OUTSIDE MAIN CITIES. DELIVERY TAKES PLACE DURING BUSINESS HOURS MON-FRI 9AM-5PM EXCLUDING PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
*Please allow up to 7 days from payment date for your order to be processed and dispatched. (We dispatch once a week on Sundays/Mondays Only)
